What is the minimum order for cupcakes?

Minimum order for mini cupcakes is 24. Mini cupcakes are bite sized and will be devoured in 1-2 bites. Minimum order for regular sized cupcakes is 6.

How many can I order?

As many as you like! Please note that due to preparation and packaging purposes, regular cupcakes are only sold in multiples of 6 and mini cupcakes are only sold in multiples of 24.

How much do your cupcakes cost?

All of our cupcakes are custom quoted based on size, chosen flavour/filling, decoration and design and collection method and therefore it is impossible to have a set price for our cupcakes. We find it to be unreasonable to charge the same for a plain vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting and no filling compared to a vanilla cupcake with ganache filling and extravagant toppings. The way we do it supports us in getting a fair price for our product and most importantly, the consumer gets what they’re paying for – it’s a win win!

What are your cupcake flavours?

We have a variety of cupcake flavours to choose from including chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, caramel, peanut butter, nutella and funfetti! Choose your own flavours by designing your dream cupcake on our cupcake quote form OR choose from our pre-selected popular flavour combinations where you can find weird and wonderful delicacies such as fairy bread, cookie dough, snickers and even Pavlova cupcakes!

Can I have more than one cupcake flavour?

Yes. For mini cupcakes you may wish to choose multiple flavours if you are ordering more than one batch of 24. For regular cupcakes, you may wish to choose multiple flavours:

• 6 and 12 pack - MAX 2 flavours

If ordering more than one dozen, you are able to get 2+ flavours (e.g. 3 dozen cupcakes you may wish to have 3 different flavours)

Do I have to have fillings?

Not at all! Cupcakes with fillings are a delicious way to add flavour; however, they are just as tasty without! Note that due to the size of mini cupcakes, they are unable to be filled.

What are your popular cupcake combinations? Can I create a new one?

We have a stack of unique and flavoursome cupcake combinations that are popular with our customers. See our cupcake page for images of these creations or browse our list on our cupcake quote form. Combinations range from fruity (strawberries and cream, white chocolate and raspberry, lemon meringue) to desserts (pavlova, berry trifle, lamington) and even chocolate bars (snickers). How do I store my cupcakes?

Cupcakes are to be stored in the refrigerator until 1 hour prior to service. We always recommend you serve and consume your cupcakes at room temperature to optimise the flavour and texture of the product. Please make sure you have adequate refrigerator space prior to pick up. Cupcakes will keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Please store them in the cupcake box supplied or transfer them to an airtight container for storage.

How do I transport my cupcakes?

Cupcakes are best transported on the floor (preferably front seat) of your passenger vehicle OR in the boot of a SUV. If able, your best bet is to bring a helper with you on your drive and get them to hold the cupcake in the car on their lap. Be sure to drive slowly and take it easy around the corners. Cool air-conditioning is required at all times. Cupcakes come in a special box that helps prevent slipping and sliding so you should have no trouble.

Do you do cupcake towers?

Yes we have a cupcake tower for hire. Hire fee is $20 with a refundable bond of $50. Bond is only refundable upon return of the cupcake tower in clean, good condition. If you decide to keep the item or any damage or defect is present upon return, you forfeit your bond. Hire is dependent on availability. The cupcake tower holds approx 50 cupcakes. The tower is also suitable to hold a small 6” round cake on the top tier.

Yes absolutely! Simply send us a good quality image of the one you’d like to use and we will contact our supplier to get it printed for you. Alternatively, you are able to order them yourself, we just ask that you get them delivered to us (if ordering online) or drop them off prior to your event so we can place them for you.

Can I supply my own cupcake decorations to match my theme?

Yes absolutely! If you want us to place and design your cupcakes around the decorations, we ask that you get them delivered to us (if ordering online) or drop them off prior to your event so we can organise that for you.

How much does your cupcake tasting box cost?

The cost is $25.
